Hi, and thank you for your time. I’m based in Nürnberg and have been working in marketing since 2007. My approach is straightforward: I focus on doing the best possible work in every situation. And frankly, I'm pretty demanding about the quality – quick and easy doesn't usually cut it for me.

When you chase excellence, growth and great results tend to follow.

That means handling all kinds of marketing, from events to online shops and online ads to branding and websites. I enjoy figuring out the best way forward, whether diving into reporting or designing things myself.

And when it comes to leading teams? For me, it's about truly understanding the hurdles people face and helping them find the path forward. Real leadership, like great work, doesn't happen without genuine know-how and experience under your belt.

A comprehensive website overhaul was executed using the HubSpot CMS, involving a complete rebuild of all existing pages, the database, and automation systems from the ground up. Additionally, the site was fully redesigned and modernized within an impressively short timeframe (2 months), resulting in a thoroughly refreshed digital presence, multiplied organic traffic and revenue.

E-commerce Growth for Turkey's Leading Luxury Eyewear Distributor

Turkey's leading distributor for high-end luxury eyewear brands like Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Fred, and Kenzo.

As E-commerce Manager, my main focus was shaping and executing the digital marketing and overall B2C, D2C e-commerce strategy across their websites and marketplace channels and branding applications.

Built and launched 3 distinct e-commerce platforms with ERP integration, from concept to completion, handling sites with a combined total of 13,000 SKUs, while also managing direct-to-consumer (D2C) website operations.

By digitizing dealer processes, achieved error-free vendor events delivered 5x faster, and implemented flawless, scalable branding applications enabling a 12x increase in deployment volume.

Turkey's First Agency Review Platform: Connecting Brands with Agencies

I launched Ajansara.com – Turkey's first platform designed to help businesses find the right agency using real client reviews.
Less than 8 months, I built the platform from the ground up, bringing over 80 agencies on board, generating more than 450 customer leads, and publishing over 60 pages and 110 blog articles. Without AI of course. It was about taking an idea and making it a functional reality.

Managed all corporate marketing activities, including brand management, trade shows, e-commerce and corporate websites, advertising, marketing materials, training courses, and event planning. Developed a lasting brand identity and customer journey to drive sales and foster brand loyalty, while also coordinating with third-party agencies for performance marketing, social media, public relations, and event execution.
